One summer when it just would not stop being so hot hot hot as I was changing sheets I noticed how cool and calming it looked with just the white sheets. So for the remainder of summer we had white sheets and pillow cases. It's correct, sometimes, "less is really more". Also, I love the empty mantle. I think I should try it at my house.
